Ah crap, those stupid pandemic restrictions again! Now you can’t invite your family over to Christmas Eve in your own house? Well I guess government can’t make up their own mind yet, but it is very possible. So, you won’t be able to eat a delicious carp with your brother-in-law Andrzej? Who would have thought this Christmas would be like this? What would you tell your kids? You wouldn’t just sprinkle them with “Christmas without uncle Andrzej” vibe, would you?
Well, I think you shouldn’t be worried because I have an epic solution for you. Let me tell you my quick story of Christmas without my uncle-in-law. It was the day before Christmas Eve, 2019. I’m preparing for the big day, meeting my family first time for some months, having a great time with them, especially with my brother-in-law. I’m halfway through my Christmas shenanigans (It is not at all clear what this word should mean here.), seasoning my famous carp and then my phone is ringing. I’m happy to see it’s my brother-in-law, so I answer it. Next events got only worse. Brother-in-law told me he won’t make it for Christmas this year - it was is some work related stuff. He is horrified. I am horrified. The best Christmas meeting is has just been cancelled.
That event was what got us thinking “What if we could meet even if we are far away and can’t drive to each other?”. Planning has begun. We spent hours and hours on the phone, combining many solutions. Then the great idea popped in my head. “Szwagier Hologram” is what I named it. The idea is simple – you get two devices one for each of you and the person you want to hang out with (preferably your brother-in-law). Then you just put the device at in front of you and boom! You can see another person all in 3D! And they can see you! Isn’t that just amazing? You can spend Christmas Eve with your brother-in-law even through despite the upcoming restrictions! This product is already after months and months of testing and upgrading and it works perfectly. It is also environment friendly; you can charge it using solar panels.
You may ask “What? Why I can’t I just contact my family via Skype, Zoom or Teams?”. The answer is pretty simple. This is an amazing 3D hologram, which looks just like the person is sitting there! But there is more: can you put funny hats and outfits on your 3D model on Skype, etc.? I don’t think so. Can you send silly sounds and play your favorite music thru the attached speakers? Can you send smell messages to let your family know that your Christmas carp is smelling really smells exceptionally good this year? You can do all of it using our Szwagier Hologram!
If you want to get our product for a test contact Szymon or my friend Przemek.
Hurry up! Christmas are is coming! Let your brother-in-law come too!
This is one of two best pitches in the group. It is also cleverly prepared as a presentation because until half way through it I had no idea what product you are pitching. Creating suspense is a perfect presentation trick to grab the audience attention that hardly any students make an effort to create.
Well done boys. :)) I am giving you some extra points for this very good work.
