The aim of the course is to develop an architectural design concept for a building with an area of 1000-2000 m². The architectural concept should address the issue of locating a building with a specific function in an urban or landscape context. Students learn the principles of design in accordance with planning documents and design at the construction project level with selected elements of technical design. The final project boards contain correctly executed dimensions and technical markings as well as technical solutions for the construction systems used. Part of the module involves writing the indicated elements of the technical description. Classes are conducted on the basis of the Local Spatial Development Plan, the Building Law and the Regulation on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, as well as the Regulation on the form and content of a construction project.

During the module students learn the principles of designing using planning documents and legal regulations.
