Course objectives:
The primary goal of this course is the development of a comprehensive project for
a multifamily house with integrated services on the ground floor, situated in Gdańsk -
Wrzeszcz. The classes are designed to equip students with the skills necessary to craft
a spatially and functionally sound concept for a multifamily dwelling, creating a highly
personalized and intimate space for its residents. Throughout the course, students
will engage in the analysis of location-specific conditions and investor requirements.
The classroom sessions will involve in-depth discussions, presentations, design critiques,
and reviews. This interactive format encourages students to explore diverse perspectives
and refine their understanding of multifaceted design considerations.
