The following semester is a great challenge for all of us and after watching the TED talk on overcoming stress I can produly say that my body is ready.

My personal advice on survivng this year is keeping up with the schedule, do not leave every task for till the last minute, instead do it the day it was given. This way your calendar will stay clear and you will have a lot of free time to improve on yourself.

Remember to spend at least one hour a day on studying so there won’t be anything to surprise you during the exam.

Always try to support your colleagues as much as you can because no one knows when you will need a hand from them.

And of course try to identify your body’s response to stress so your mind will stay focused and confident during the awaiting challenges this semester.
