My advice to lower your stress level is conversation. Talk a lot with your friends and family and don't feel ashamed to tell them that you're not feeling well and don't feel bad asking for help. For a lower stress level on with studies try to work systematically, don't wait for the last possible moment, when you will need to skip the sleep to do everything on time. Try to keep the calendar or make to-do lists and mark things to do on it there - then you will have all the projects ready/completed on time. Because of the COVID-19 there are no parties and you have most of the classes online so try to get enough sleep and you also should have time to cook and eat better so try something new - it can help with clearing your mind from negative thoughts.
