I really believe that the impact of stress depends on how we interpret it. If you consider it harmful what else will it do if not harm.
Try to focus on the present moment and don’t think too much about the past and future. What helps me is turning off my mobile phone before going to sleep, reading a book, doing what I enjoy the most and just forgetting about stressful things.
Also I wouldn’t leave everything to the last minute. I prefer to be rather more prepared which makes me certain that every exam, every challenge is going to be OK.
