In my opinion the best way to get smoothly through the present semester is to stay organised and keep your mind in a good shape but sometiemes studiyng a lot can be trully draining, especially when you’re doing it only at home. That’s why not only we should focus on our mind but also on keeping our body healthy and strong. First of all remember that sleep is the key to regenerate after hard day and it should last about 7-9 hours, secondly pay attention to what you eat and try to exercise at least 3 times a week. It’s really helpful to keep the balance and to bump up the performance of you brain. I also love to drink yerba mate which is a healthier and much more effective substitute for coffee. That’s my way to stay positive during these hard times.
