Nobody likes changes

The main problem in suggesting new changes to the staff is that nobody likes them. People tend to create their own habits and personal workflow which if violated can result in uneffectiveness or even anger. It is up to the managers to carefully include new ideas to the work system which will not affect the personal comfort of the staff and make their job more effective and easier. To overcome this difficult task in my opinion it’s better to show the results of the simulations before and after the changes to the staff in order to give them some kind of visual interpretation of how can a little change result in higher scores.
