Making changes is always difficult, specially in work environment. One part of workers in company always will be opposed to any modifications. There are few reasons of that behaviour. First is fear. Every new situation, thing make people uncomfortable and scared because people like their routines and predictable situations. Second reason is laziness. Some of them don’t want change because in that case it means learning and practise for them. Overcome a resistance can be very hard. If we want to implement changes it’s vital to explain them briefly and answer to workers questions. If they will understand them, their fear will be weaker and easier to overcome.
