It won't be anything new if I say that almost nobody likes changes, especially drastic and stressful ones. Fixed salary, comfortable working conditions, no risk from others and a fairly predictable professional future. All these factors make us feel good about what we have and that's also why we are not always positive about potential changes. But being part of a team, and especially being just and employee in an extended company, we must adapt to such change and go through it as well as possible. Good communication with the people who manage us can help us. Clearly defined criteria and new responsibilities will help us find ourselves in a new situation. When everything is clear, we will be able to decide for ourselves whether the current change is acceptable for us with the appropraite level of commitment or whether this situation is beyond us. Either way, it's all about advanced communication between employess and setting clear goals that will help us go through the stage of intense changes.
