Headhunting is absolutely fine for me. I feel that it gives workers the opportunity to change jobs, but if they like the current job why would they change? Only the companies that don’t give their workers stability and best conditions they could say that there is something wrong with headhunting because there will be one that gives all of that and their employee will go there.
Changing jobs nowadays is a common thing, there are unlimited possibilities and some people want to check it out, you can like your job and out of curiosity change it and headhunters will deliver you options. When you don’t like your job or you feel that you are being treated unfairly you can change it, and headhunters give you a view of what you can get.
