Headhunting is not a bad thing in my opinion. After all, if the "hunted" person didn't want to move to another company, they wouldn't. This may seem unethical from the point of view of the previous company. However, it only means that the conditions (probably mainly financial) for the employee of this company were worse. So, if the old company offered better terms, the employee would not leave.

All in all, I don't think headhunting is bad. It is simply improving the operation of the free market. In this situation, the winner is both the employee who got better working conditions and the new company that employs him, who which has gained an experienced and competent team member. The only loser is an the old company that lost an employee at its own request, without guaranteeing him adequate profits.  remuneration.
