That happened to me many times. Especially before some important events in the summer. Last year Filip and I went  fishing. We were having fun in the middle of the lake fishing. Then we were chilling out on the boat and unfortunately I felt fell asleep. After 2 hours my body was completely red. And what was worst, we were going to the bachelor party the following week. I couldn’t touch my body for 5 days. It was terrible!

But it not only happened to me. I bet many of you have struggled with a similar situation. But what if I tell you that there is a solution for in those such situations?
