Our summer school on Advances in Functional Materials 2024 aims to bring together young scientists (Ph.D. and MSc students) with specialists in materials engineering. You will be able to follow our lectures, and laboratory classes so you can practice what you have learned. This course consists of 40 hours of direct contact classes - 30 hours of lectures and 10 hours of laboratory classes delivered by our specialists from the Advanced Materials Center of Gdańsk Tech and their colleagues.

Projekty zespołowe I i II stopień Inżynierii materiałowej

Kurs przygotowawczy do matury z matematyki - zakres rozszerzony, prowadzony przez Wydział Fizyki Technicznej i Matematyki Stosowanej. Kurs 2-semestralny.

QUEUE = QUantum and molEcUlEs

It's a school organized for all those young scientists and students who wish to learn on the basics and advances in quantum ideas and methodologies and its practical applications for living problems in chemistry, electrochemistry and material sciences. The students will learn on how to perform the quantum-chemical computations, because we have planned a big block of laboratories, aside from lectures, where the students will use a small supercomputer and the quantum software, and where we will solve a given computational, nontrivial problem, completely from scratch. By the way, we plan to teach also on how to use the multiconfigurational methods, which in quantum-chemistry field are absolutely next level of skills of computations. In the labs you will see the structures and the orbitals and you will understand what is actually the outcome of the computations.

Our summer school on “Advances in Functional Materials” aims to bring together young scientists (Ph.D. and MSc students) with renowned specialists in materials engineering. Experts from academia, research units, and industry will deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory classes so that you can practice what you have learned. We divided the program into five main thematic topics:

1) Superconducting materials,

2) Additive manufacturing,

3) Photoelectrochemical and photocatalytic materials,

4) Materials for electrolyzers and fuel cells,

5) Electrochemical sensors.
