Gather as a group and discuss how the given megatrend influences your problem, the people involved (your stakeholders), and the environment in which the problem exists. Consider questions like:

• Does the megatrend create new opportunities or introduce new risks?
• Who benefits from this trend? Who might face new challenges?
• How does it reshape the way you’ve been thinking about your solutions so far?

Start brainstorming possible solutions to your problem, keeping the given megatrend in mind. Aim high and aim wide—your goal is to come up with at least 10 potential ideas. Think about:

• How could this megatrend be leveraged to create innovative solutions?
• What obstacles might arise because of this trend, and how could your solutions address them?

The outcome of this session:

• a list of at least 10 ideas for solutions,
• a description of the megatrend and its potential impact on the problem and stakeholders (around 300-400 words).
