Organize the solutions to your demographic problem using the NOW, WOW, HOW matrix.

NOW: Identify and place solutions that are innovative and immediately actionable with available resources.
WOW: Identify and place innovative and exciting ideas that are feasible but may require more effort, time, or resources.
HOW: Identify and place aspirational ideas that are desirable but will require significant effort or are currently less feasible.

As a team, decide on the prioritization of ideas and justify your decisions.

Submit a completed NOW, WOW, HOW matrix with brief explanations for the placement of each solution. Remember to include a reflection journal and an evaluation of team members.

 Create a realistic, optimistic, and pessimistic action plan for implementing the solution.

• Realistic Scenario: Outline a feasible timeline and resources based on current constraints.
• Optimistic Scenario: Assume favorable conditions (e.g., extra funding, faster processes) and plan accordingly.
• Pessimistic Scenario: Account for potential challenges (e.g., reduced resources, delays) and adapt the plan to minimize risks.

Identify the key resources (financial, human, technological) needed for each scenario. Submit a Gantt chart or similar timeline for each scenario and a summary of the resources required.
