Reflection Journal and Group Work Evaluation
Reflection Journal and Group Work Evaluation
Your task is to maintain a reflection journal and evaluate the work of each group member individually. This documentation will help you better understand the project process, strengthen teamwork skills, and identify strengths and areas for improvement.
1. Complete the reflection journal at the end of each project week. Include the following:
- What the group achieved during the week.
- What went well and why.
- Challenges encountered and how you tried to resolve them.
2. Complete the group work evaluation at the end of each project week. Assign scores on a scale of 0 to 2 in five categories: motivation, supportiveness, knowledge/skills, communication, and responsibility. Provide justification for each score in the "Comments" column.
Ensure the documents are filled out carefully and accurately, reflecting the actual contributions and engagement of group members.
Each team member should have an equal role in maintaining the reflection journal and evaluating performance.
You can use the attached templates or modify them to suit your group’s needs.
Team leader is responsible for submitting the completed reflection journal and evaluation document at the end of the each project stage.
