Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholder Analysis: Identify the key stakeholders affected by the problem. Discuss their roles, needs, and the impact the problem has on them. Consider diverse groups such as families, governments, NGOs, local communities, and businesses.
Power and Influence Analysis:Develop a matrix positioning the stakeholders based on two dimensions: Level of Interest and Level of Power (How much influence the stakeholder has over the decisions and outcomes related to the problem). Using your understanding of each stakeholder, place them in the appropriate quadrant of the matrix. Justify your choices. Below you will find a sample solution.
Final outcome: Write a comprehensive analysis of the two selected stakeholders. For each stakeholder, describe their role in the problem and the specific ways in which the issue affects them. Explain their influence on potential solutions, highlighting the extent to which they can drive or hinder progress. Discuss any potential conflicts or synergies they might have with other stakeholders, offering insight into how these dynamics could shape the resolution of the issue.
Don't forget to include reflection journal and members' evaluation.
