The biggest problem of almost every student is being disorganized. Unfortunately, this also applies to me, and the last semester has shown it well. I was a bit lazy so I did not plan my time good enough to avoid stressful situations. Stress works badly for me, or so I thought, until I saw TED talk video about it. Thanks to that video, in this semester I will not only plan my time better but I will also stop treating stress as an enemy. As it turns out, stress is a defensive reaction of the body that helps us overcome a difficult situation in our live, but sometimes we are not able to perceive it in a positive way. Overcoming this barrier will make it easier for us to "survive" this semester more smoothly and in a better mood.
