One of the biggest problems faced by almost every student is bad time management. This means that we are not able to do many things that we wanted to do. We are also very stressed, which is absolutely unnecessary. To avoid such situations you should meticulously manage your time for example using a calendar or simple notes on the phone. This is very helpful in sticking to deadlines and avoiding situations when we have a lot of unfinished things at the same time. With good organization, we can afford to develop our interests, work or just meet with friends, which also has a positive effect on the level of stress. Of course, we cannot forget about our favorite form of relaxation, which will also have a positive impact on coping with stress.
