Being a headhunter is quite an ungreatful job. To be good at this, you need to be able to convince people to your ideas and propositions. Sometimes it is necessary to go as far as a little scam to get the person to agree to your offer and move on to another company.

I consider headhunting as unethical. It is a kind of entering the structure of the company and destroying it from the inside by taking away good, valuable employees. In human terms, it can be called as a theft. However, it is hard to be surprised by such actions. Competition on the market is very fierce, and every qualified employee who has a huge/really extensive knowledge in a specific sector is worth their weight in gold. Also agreeing on to that kind of offer is understandable. The prospect of promotion and salary increase is really alluring.
