I can fully understand people how think that such a behaviour is unethical, but I have such an approach that business is business. The world works in this way and for me there is nothing wrong to with asking people if they would like to apply for an another job, present them another – wider perspective and benefits, and persuade them to take it. If the firm they are working, provides them accurate what employees actually needs, salary and development opportunities, headhunting doesn’t change anything. I also think that it is worth to taking into consideration that executives feel quite a big loyal ty to the enterprise they are manage, so it is not as simple to convince them as it seems.
