In my opinion we shouldnt think about headhunting as something unethical. For sure its not benefical for the companieswhich have lost some valuable workers, but this is how the world works. Generally If you want to achieve success in business, you have to do what it takes and be steadfast. It sounds a little bit cruel but showing some vulnerability can cause some crucial damage. Moreover every employee have its the own right to decide which path they wanna go when some better offer appears. Change is a natural thing and we have to remember that every end is a new beginnig even if it looks negative at a first sight.
