I understand why some people think headhunting is unethical. But what I think is that situations with throwing away out employees are complicated. I think that a headhunter by himself is being called the “bad guy” for by all his superiors while he is only a small element in intricaded political tangle. I guess it doesn’t satisfy all the hostile ones, so another one. (??) Assuming that artifical intelligence machines can do all the human tasks, would it be better to hear an information about job loss from a robot, or a person? A Headhunter is usually a person with some industry knowledge but also an empathy. He can advise what to do, but also cheers you up. For me, this is a mentally exhausting, hard job, definitely not for everyone, but it is not intended to be unethical.
