Our consultancy duo has been put up to the task of advising the food-producing company “Spiżarnia” during the recent pandemic. Right now people tend to change their habits in excess. This type of societal behavior makes it very difficult to provide services that will be successful on the market. However, our group managed to come up with ideas that will fit perfectly into the life of a citizen during a pandemic.

We suggest that “Spiżarnia” should now focus on products that have a longer expiry date and can be easily delivered. For a long time, the company has been known for its fresh sandwiches.  The products that we recommend developing for the current state of the world are fresh juices with a lot of vitamins that strengthen our immunity system and vacuum-packed sandwiches. The firm should focus on delivering a larger amount of products, there is no point in delivering only one sandwich or a juice to the customers.

Introducing advised products to the market should take about one week of an operation time. The company needs to order fresh fruits, vegetables, and a vacuum packing machine. Once we have everything in the store, we are ready to go. We can start producing. Products for sandwiches are already there and are in the current supply chain. 

In terms of development and marketing, the firm should be able to cover all of the expenses on its own. In case there are not enough funds, we have found a private investor that is willing to invest his money into the business in exchange for a share of future profits.

The company can withstand the share of 20% of its future profits to the private investor to access funding quickly.
