DREAM HOUSE – Space for Living: Between the Idea and the Sea
Gdynia, Kamienna Góra, Korzeniowskiego Street
The task for this project is to design a contemporary single-family house located in the prestigious district of Gdynia, surrounded by exclusive villas,
with a stunning view of the sea. How can you offer the dream home for future residents? The starting point will be to define the future residents of the house so that the "space for living" aligns with their passions and preferences, guarantees contact with the beautiful landscape.
The metaphor method will be employed to guide the design process. Conceptual design of a single-family residential house based on the chosen initial idea (motto + graphic
sign) identifying the future residents. Abstract idea will lead you to create a unique house by the sea.
The single-family house design includes site development of the project plot, coordinated with the
designer of the neighboring plot. This involves pair work related to agreeing on the design concerning the
building form, so as the site development.
