[ENG] The aim of the classes is to familiarize students with theoretical and practical knowledge about participation in the processes of space design and planning. The course has been prepared to cover both activities carried out by local governments and grassroots non-governmental organizations. Practical classes are also an integral element of the course, preparing participants for the practical application of their knowledge.
[PL] Celem zajęć jest zapoznanie studentów z teoretyczną i praktyczną wiedzą nt. partycypacji w procesach projektowania i planowania przestrzeni. Kurs został przygotowany tak, aby objąć zarówno działania realizowane przez samorządy jak i organizacji pozarządowe, działające oddolnie. Integralnym elementem kursu są także zajęcia praktyczne, przygotowujące uczestników do praktycznej aplikacji swojej wiedzy.

W ramach kursu zgłębiona zostanie wiedza na temat Marketingu terytorialnego, który staje się coraz popularniejszą gałęzią praktyki i nauki. W Polsce od niedawna traktowany jako koncepcja zarządzania miejscem, kreowania jego wartości dla różnych grup docelowych, budowanie tzw. "brandingu miasta". Kurs prowadzony jest w formie wykładów oraz krótkich warsztatów.
The course will explore the knowledge of Territorial Marketing, which is becoming an increasingly popular branch of practice and science. In Poland, it has recently been treated as a concept of place management, creating its value for various target groups, building the so-called "city branding". The course is conducted in the form of lectures and short workshops.
