I understand why someone can think that headhunting is unethical, but in my opinion it is a really good thing. Today it is recommended to change the job every 2-3 years, but if you’re good at what you’re doing why shouldn’t the job find you instead of situation when you ’re looking for it? I think that headhunting is a really good option – it causes less stress than usual looking for a job/work, it motivates people to be better at what the do so they can be noticed and it’s simply a far/much easier way to change the workplace, lifestyle, standard of living and sometimes even the place when where you’re living. Because of headhunting you can be the master of your own destiny. man.
