Headhunting is not a bad thing at all in my opinion. We have always been taught to try our best in our current work job/position and then, when we gain/have already gained some experience and valuable skills, we can start trying to change the job to a more desirable one. I'm not saying that this approach is wrong, but perhaps a more comfortable and less stressful solution is when „work” is looking for you. I do not think it is unethical, because everyone has the same opportunities to be noticed, and everyone can equally try to change the job, people that we work with, place where we live or in general the whole life. So I think headhunting is actually a positive phenomenon and all we need to change is our attitude to it.
