I don’t think headhunting is unethical practice. In fact, receiving a call from a headhunter can drastically improve the lives of many employees, because it often entails with a pay raise which, without any doubt, is a positive phenomenon whether executive accepts the new job offered to someone or not. Most likely they are good workers whom the company wants to take care of but executives candidates (???) have free will so they can choose which job offer is better for them. In my opinion if they decide to change their current assignment it means that their present -day employer couldn’t provide such attractive working conditions to keep his employee with him anymore.
